Hi, I'm Aadesh. I'm the founding engineer at Tailored AI, where I build AI systems that have to work in production: agents, voice, retrieval, and the evaluation loops around them. Before that, an MTech in Computer Science & Information Security at IIIT Hyderabad. If you want the war stories, they're in the journal; this page is the rest of me.
Most of my work is deciding what a model may do, how we will know it failed, and who has to recover when it does. I try to write with the same constraints: show the evidence, label estimates clearly, and leave out the pitch.
Off the Clock
I'm happiest on a mountain trail with a camera in my bag; some of what comes back ends up in the gallery. I read slowly and widely, and keep notes on it over on the books page. And for about four years before my Master's, I spent my Saturdays teaching mathematics, physics, and programming to shelter-home students in Pune. Still some of the most useful hours I've spent with another person's attention.
